With the busy summer travel season over, Phocuswright and Arival, a research and conference company for tours and activities, are conducting a survey of prospects for tours, experiences and attractions.
The short survey (no more than 10 minutes of time needed) asks operators how their business was over the summer and what their outlook is for the coming year.
It also explores trends related to sales, marketing, and technology.
