Nezasa appoints new director of customer service

Travel planning reservations technology specialist Nezasa has appointed Alex Farmer as its new director of customer service.

He and his team will be responsible for the Client Organization at the Swiss tech developer.

Most recently, he was Vice President of Customer Success at Cognite, an Oslo-based DataOps company.

Prior to this, he was Vice President of European Sales and Customer Success at Incopro, a brand protection technology company.

He was also recently named one of the Top 25 Customer Success Influencers of 2021 by SuccessCOACHING and founded the world’s first customer success awards program: Customer Success Excellence.

Farmer said: “The industry’s recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic represents a compelling opportunity for travel companies and tour operators to rethink how they serve their customers.

In July, Nezasa named Meredith Thomas as its new Director of Sales for the UK and Ireland.
