Guesty expands OTA distribution with a new hub and…

The short-term rental platform Guesty will be integrated with a wider range of leading OTAs through a new distribution center.

The introduction of the Guesty Distribution Hub comes as the Los Angeles-based property management platform announced its latest acquisition.

YieldPlanet will be integrated into the Guesty platform, expanding the revenue and distribution services it offers to traditional hotel customers.

Guesty Distribution Hub will add direct OTA connections to Hopper,, Marriott Homes & Villas, and Google’s hotel and vacation rental search products.

Guesty said it “will enable hospitality operators to manage a repertoire of classic hotels, revenue and vacation rental deals from a single dashboard.”

Guesty recently announced a $170 million funding round from investors Apax Digital Funds, MSD Partners and Sixth Street Growth, with participation from existing investors Viola Growth and Flashpoint.

He stated that the supporting signals are “investor confidence in the continued growth of the alternative accommodation and travel industry”, and it was “an endorsement of Guesty’s pioneering technology, long-term strategy and position as a leader in the market in the hotel and property management software sector.

Guesty described the new distribution center as the “first completely holistic hotel distribution solution.”

It will provide Guesty customers with access to hundreds of hotel and short-term rental distribution channels, including booking engines, metasearch engines, OTAs and GDSs, along with financial tools integrated into a single dashboard.
