A month after raising $170 million in a Series E round, property management platform Guesty announced the acquisition of hotel-focused revenue and distribution platform YieldPlanet.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Guesty is also launching a new hub, which will include direct connections to Hopper, Trip.com, Marriott Homes & Villas, and Google’s hotel and vacation rental search products. Guesty already has integrations with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Agoda, and Misterbnb.
The company says the Hub and the integration of YieldPlanet’s technology will allow hotel operators to manage traditional hotel content, revenue and vacation rental offerings in a single dashboard.

YieldPlanet provides revenue and distribution solutions for more than 4,000 clients in more than 85 countries. Founded in 2009, it has offices in Spain, Switzerland and Poland. YieldPlanet CEO Claudio Limacher will continue in that role and operate the company semi-independently.
