Google will reveal the latest customer insights in…

Airlines UK CEO Tim Alderslade and Airport Operators Association CEO Karen Dee will join a host of leading industry executives at Travel Weekly’s Future of Travel conference on September 22.

Other recently confirmed speakers include Si Morris-Green, director of agency sales and marketing for Classic Collection Holidays and Classic Package Holidays; and ITV’s Factual Entertainment Commissioner Kate Teckman.

Previously confirmed industry speakers for the conference, which will be held in partnership with Google, include Steve Byrne, CEO of Travel Counsellors; Dame Irene Hays, Owner, Hays Travel; Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2. com and Jet2holidays; Ailsa Pollard, CEO of dnata Travel Group; Garry Wilson, CEO, easyJet Holidays; Paul Ludlow, president of P&O Cruises; Joe Ponte, CEO of Hotelplan UK; and Miles Morgan, president of Miles Morgan Travel.

Other experts joining the lineup include Jo Causon, executive director of the Customer Service Institute; Martin Alcock, Director, Travel Business Consulting; Joanna Kolatsis, Director, Themis Advisory; and Chris Photi, director of travel and leisure for White Hart Associates.

Presenters will provide exclusive consumer insights including Finnbar Cornwall, Google Travel Industry Leader; and Lucy Crotty, Head of Cultural Strategy and Knowledge, and Glenn Gowen, Head of Audience (Commercial), both from ITV.

The event will take place at the Google offices in central London in association with premium sponsors Hurtigruten, Inspiretec, Norwegian Cruise Line and Paysafe.
