The UK and Ireland regional airline will use the tours and activities market white label solution to increase ancillary revenue.

UK & Ireland regional airline Eastern Airways is ready to offer tours and experience bookings online to its customers who have signed up to work with TripAdmit.

At the flight booking stage, customers can search for rich content and images by selecting from a variety of experiences available at their chosen destination.

They will be sent a link to the Eastern Airways Tours and Experiences page showing available products, allowing them to find more information and make a reservation.

The regional airline will use TripAdmit’s white label solution, a reservation software and artificial intelligence technology that allows personalized segmentation.

Eastern Airways’ addition to TripAdmit’s Universal Partnership Program will maximize ancillary revenue and enhance the customer’s booking experience, according to TripAdmit.

Tim Horwood, Head of Business Systems at Eastern Airways, said: “Some of the world’s best and most exciting tours and experiences are available in the UK and Ireland and TripAdmit has a wide range to choose from.

“Our new online service will include rich content and images created to inspire our passengers. Making a reservation is easy, with AI-powered personalization simplifying the entire process for an enhanced experience every time.
