Air travel data service aims to support tourism board strategies

Airlines Reporting Corp (ARC) and ForwardKeys have launched a data tool designed for destination marketing organizations (DMOs), tourism boards and convention bureaus.

Destination Gateway combines ARC ticketing data with travel search interest, airline schedule and capacity data from ForwardKeys to provide a comprehensive view of travel to a destination.

Users can learn about travel to their destination and similar places to better inform marketing strategies and decisions.

Statistics are presented in easy-to-understand images that can be exported for further presentation and analysis.

Users can customize their Destination Gateway reports to view modules such as performance, recall, connectivity, and which agencies are selling travel to a particular destination.
