Air France Unveils New Lounge Menus at Paris CDG – Business Traveler

Air France has introduced new menus in its Paris CDG lounges in collaboration with chefs Alain Ducasse, Francois Adamski and Chloé Charles.

Ducasse Paris has created dishes in the airline’s long-haul lounges in Terminal 2E (K, L and M lounges) and they include the ‘Burgal’, a plant-based burger that was launched at chef Alain Ducasse’s vegan burger kiosk in the Bastille in Paris district earlier this year.

Described as “a completely vegetarian and healthy alternative to the traditional burger”, the Burgal is made up of a vegan brioche bun, a vegetable and legume burger, spicy vegan mayonnaise with pickles and an aubergine caviar relish.

Guests will also be able to opt for a salad and a “signature condiment with raw products and condiments without added fat or sugar,” and dessert options include a chocolate praline finger prepared exclusively for Air France.
